Over 10 years ago, we realized there was a demand for high-quality, authentically crafted Ethiopian staples. We not only work to source only the best ingredients straight from Ethiopia, but also to prepare them in an authentic manner that reflects the majesty and dignity of our country and heritage. We roast our own coffee and make our pure injera every single day, in house, to make sure that every bite and sip is perfect.
